1. What days and hours are you open?

We are open for walk-in retail traffic Monday thru Saturday 9 – 6 (Closed Sunday).

We continue to offer local Orlando (within 20 miles of store) delivery service . We can deliver most items we currently stock in the store.

Deliveries are by appt and lead time is 3-7 days depending on delivery area.

We receive plant shipments daily – so lots of great things coming (and going!). Check our website daily for some product photos (we are diligently working to add more each day).

You can also call the store at (407) 841-3088 and talk with Amanda, Natalia, Mariel, Dakota, Camille, Abigail or Syd and we will help you the best we can.

2. What are your local delivery fees? Do you ship plants or products?

We do not ship plants or products but we do deliver locally in Orlando - fees are as follows:

College Park (32804 only) - $20

Winter Park, Maitland, Downtown, Delaney Park, Conway, Altamonte - $50

Windermere, Longwood and areas not included above - $85 (still must be within 20 miles of store)

NOTE: Our deliveries are now done by appt by our Service Technicians in Apenberry’s trucks - for orders outside 32804 we will do our best to accommodate delivery within 3-7 days. Let us know when you need it - please call if it’s a rush.

NOTE: We can only deliver within 20 miles of the store – we are unable to service Oviedo, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, Celebration, Hunter’s Creek and areas beyond with deliveries.

NOTE: If you are ordering bagged goods like mulch, soil or rock you can order upto 20 bags for the standard delivery price - anything over 20 bags will be the standard delivery fee + $25 additional handling fee and for over 50 bags it will be the standard delivery fee + $50 additional handling fee.

For example - 30 Bags of Mulch to 32804 would be $45 (standard fee $20 + $25 handling fee)

3. Can I schedule a time for my delivery?

We will schedule a day of delivery and a specific time. Once your delivery is scheduled you will receive an email with your day and time of delivery.

If you need your delivery a specific time please email us at sales@apenberrys.com or call (407) 841-3088 - we do answer our phone during store hours (you can leave a message after hours) and you can speak with Amanda, Natalia, Mariel, Dakota, Camille, Abigail or Syd in the store.

We do ‘contactless’ delivery – so if you can let us know where you would like your items placed (i.e. front door, by side gate) we will make sure that we put it where you request.

4. How can I make a purchase for delivery?

If for some reason you can’t buy online, we are happy to take your delivery order over the phone - call (407) 841-3088 - please be patient and we will run your credit card payment over the phone. Your receipt can be emailed to you.

5. How can I view the available products?

Our website has lots of great photos and descriptions, but please check our social media (Instagram and Facebook) for updates and additional product availability.
